What Boost does

Boost increases an eligible event’s promotional distribution within Vyroo for the product duration shown at purchase. Distribution remains subject to safety, relevance, availability, frequency, and platform-integrity controls.

What Boost does not promise

Boost does not guarantee views, unique viewers, event opens, interests, RSVPs, ticket sales, revenue, attendance, ranking, or any particular return. We report delivery and event activity separately. We will not describe an activity count as an action caused by Boost unless a defined attribution method supports that claim.

Activation and expiry

A purchased credit is activated only when the server accepts the event, records the activation window, and confirms that the credit has not already been consumed. Expired, reversed, or consumed credits remain auditable; a partially consumed promotion is not silently restored.

Eligibility and misuse

Events must contain accurate information and comply with Vyroo rules. We may refuse, pause, or stop distribution for safety, fraud, misleading claims, unlawful content, payment reversal, or platform-integrity reasons.

Refunds and support

Refund or reversal eligibility depends on the product state, whether distribution has begun, the payment provider, the store or checkout rules, and applicable law. Contact organizers@vyroo.app with the event and transaction reference.
