Who is responsible for what?
Vyroo operates the account, discovery, coordination, payment-verification, and support technology. Organizers are responsible for their event details, venue arrangements, permissions, safety planning, ticket conditions, and material changes. Attendees are responsible for checking the event information and choosing whether to attend.
When money is involved
Prices, availability, fees, payment status, and refund conditions are shown in the relevant event or store flow. A payment is confirmed only after the payment provider and Vyroo server verify it. Provider-held funds or a pending refund are not described as money payable to an organizer until the applicable settlement process confirms that status.
When something changes
If an event is cancelled, postponed, materially changed, or reported as unsafe, the organizer and Vyroo may communicate updates, limit access, or begin the applicable refund or reconciliation process. See the Payments & refunds page and the event’s own terms before purchasing.
