Trust / Safety

Good plans should feel safe to join.

Vyroo helps people find and coordinate events, but safety is shared. We build safeguards into identity, payments, event access, and reporting while organizers remain responsible for their events and venues.

Access is scoped

Entry passes and event-staff permissions are tied to the right account and event.

Payments are verified

A checkout screen does not confirm attendance until the server verifies the provider result.

Reports are welcome

Tell us about harmful content, suspicious activity, or an unsafe event so we can review it.

Before you attend

  • Check the event details, venue, time, age guidance, and organizer information.
  • Use your own account and payment method; never share your pass, sign-in proof, or payment credentials.
  • Tell someone where you are going, use a safe route, and follow the venue’s instructions.
  • Contact local emergency services immediately if there is immediate danger. Vyroo is not an emergency service.

For organizers

Publish accurate information, obtain venue and content permissions, plan capacity and accessibility, communicate material changes, and assign check-in access only to trusted staff. Keep attendee information limited to what your event genuinely needs.

Report a concern

Contact support@vyroo.app with the event name, account contact, and a factual description of the issue. Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs, full card numbers, or private information about another person unless it is necessary to report a safety incident.

Immediate danger: contact the appropriate local emergency service first, then notify Vyroo when it is safe to do so.
