What Pro provides

Organizer Pro may include advanced event intelligence, reconciliation views, templates, event-scoped staff controls, audit history, audience tools, and other organizer features shown at purchase. Feature availability may vary by platform, account, event, and product stage.

Subscription and entitlement

Price, billing period, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and store refund rules are shown in the relevant store flow. Access is granted only after the payment provider and RevenueCat webhook lifecycle are reconciled by Django. A successful store screen may briefly show a pending state while server confirmation completes.

Teams and ownership

Pro access is intended to attach to the configured organizer ownership boundary, not to bypass event permissions. Invited staff only receive capabilities assigned by the organizer. Pro does not make a staff member an owner and does not grant access to unrelated events or personal data.

Analytics and finance

Metrics are operational reporting based on available event records. Gross sales, refunds, fees, provider-held amounts, pending reconciliation, and settlement status are separate states. Pro does not turn a pending or provider-held amount into a promise that money is payable to an organizer.

No guaranteed results

Organizer Pro does not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, revenue, event ranking, audience growth, or promotional performance. Boost has separate product terms.

After cancellation or expiry

When Pro expires, paid-only tools may become unavailable while event records, required financial records, legal holds, and basic platform participation continue according to the applicable terms and law. Unused promotional credits follow their own product and reversal rules.
