Legal / Organizers
Run the event. Keep the promise clear.
These Organizer Terms apply when you publish, manage, promote, or operate an event through Vyroo. They supplement the Terms of Use.
1. Your event responsibilities
You are responsible for the event you publish, including accurate title, description, date, time, venue, capacity, age guidance, accessibility information, ticket price, entry conditions, event staff, required permissions, and attendee communications. You must have the authority, licences, venue approval, and content rights required for your event.
2. Attendee information
Use attendee information only for the event purpose and within the permissions provided by Vyroo. Do not download, copy, sell, or contact attendees outside an appropriate lawful basis and clear expectation. Keep access limited to staff who need it, use event-scoped permissions, and remove access when it is no longer needed.
3. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Tell Vyroo and affected attendees promptly about material changes, postponement, or cancellation. Do not describe provider-held or pending amounts as settled income owed to you. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and settlement decisions follow the applicable payment-provider workflow, event terms, Vyroo policy, and applicable law.
4. Staff and suppliers
You are responsible for inviting trusted staff, assigning only the access they need, reviewing audit history, and revoking access promptly. You remain responsible for people and suppliers acting on your behalf.
5. Review and restrictions
Vyroo may request verification, limit publication, hold a transaction, remove an event, or suspend organizer access where there is a safety, fraud, compliance, payment, or accuracy concern. We will provide an explanation or support route where appropriate and legally possible.
6. Contact
Organizer support: organizers@vyroo.app. Privacy questions: privacy@vyroo.app. These terms must be reviewed against the final commercial, payment, tax, and data-processing model before live rollout.
